Access to conversation history

In an OU-based setup:

• Each OU, parent or child, views by default the conversation history of its users.

• The parent OU can consult the conversation history of each child OU.

  The "Organisational unit" filter in the "Filters" area is set to the connected level N botmaster's OU (National Directorate in our example) but another OU can be selected from the dropdown list:
  
  

  
  
  

• The child OU has no access to other child OUs' conversations.

  • The "Organisational unit" filter is hidden in the "Filters" area.

Access is similar for the "History > Comments" function.

Access to Dashboards

In an OU-based setup:

• Each OU, parent or child, views by default their own OU's statistics.

• Each OU, parent or child, can consult other OUs' statistics.

• The parent OU has a data consolidation function for all child OUs. The Parent OU's data is not included in these totals.
